An illustrated zine providing realistic and engaging sexual health education for school students. From research, I found that sex education can be extremely limited, and from a survey of university students, all participants found that their sex education didn’t prepare them adequately for becoming sexually active. I wanted to create a resource that would resolve this by filling in these gaps, and I also used direct quotes and statistics from my findings in the survey. This resource would be accessed through a QR code in school bathrooms, which would provide a private and safe space for students to read the zine in a comfortable space and in their own time.
